The phone coverage depends on the destinations: in some, located in more isolated places, the signal, as well as the internet, may not work very well. In others, the signal does not cause problems.

Yes, of course, you can cancel by following the instructions in our cancellation policy. This provides that the reservation can be canceled, with a full refund, up to 14 days before the arrival date. In this case, you can cancel autonomously from your account. From 14 to 7 days before the arrival date, the refund will be 50% of the amount paid. From the 7th day before the arrival date, no refund is provided. In these last 2 cases, we ask you to send us an email at hello@fri.land.

Please follow these simple rules to ensure a pleasant stay with your four-legged friend: 1. Make sure to keep your dog on a leash, especially if there are cows, sheep, or other wild animals near the accommodation. 2. Avoid letting the animal on the bed. To ensure proper sanitization and respect for other people's allergies, please avoid letting the animal sleep on the bed. 3. Pay attention to doors and walls, especially if your animal tends to scratch or jump. 4. Ensure that your animal does its needs outside the accommodation and clean up any accidents. 5.
