The distance from the parking lot to the accommodation varies depending on the location, but on average it is about 200 m. Inside each destination page, you will find the exact distance from the parking lot.

The keys to access our facility are placed inside an external safe. You will receive the opening code once you have completed the online check-in, so you can conveniently access your accommodation at any time.

Yes, upon your arrival, you will find 2 bottles of water. If you stay for more than one day, we recommend bringing extra water.

It is allowed for sanitary and food use, but we do not recommend drinking tap water.

We advise against lighting fires because we are in a natural context and it is good to respect the environment that hosts us. However, there are some destinations that allow fires to be lit. You will receive the necessary information in the email we will send you before your stay.

No, our accommodations do not have Wifi. The idea is that of reconnection and sharing. Don't let yourself be distracted by the outside world. Live a unique experience in the silence of your thoughts.

The phone coverage depends on the destinations: in some, located in more isolated places, the signal, as well as the internet, may not work very well. In others, the signal does not cause problems.

Our accommodations are designed to comfortably host 2 adults, with the possibility of bringing along a child or two small children. Each tiny house features a single double bed.

Absolutely! The stay at Friland is also suitable for the little ones.

The mini cabins are the same as the standard Friland cabins, but as the name suggests, their dimensions are smaller. In the cabin you will find: a double bed with bed linen, a bench and a small table, a small fridge, a picnic basket with plates, cutlery and glasses, a bathroom with a toilet and sink, towels, toilet paper, two deckchairs, an outdoor table, and a fire pit with a grill. The mini cabins are not equipped with an indoor shower or a kitchen.

The price for a night at Friland starts at €145 for the entire accommodation. Rates may vary depending on the time of year and whether it's a weekday or weekend.

Yes, the email will arrive a few minutes after completing the booking.

In our classic destinations, there is no minimum stay requirement, you can book just one night or freely choose the length of your stay. The only exception is the New Year period (from December 31 to January 2), when a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Yes, of course, you can cancel your booking according to our cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 14 days before arrival and receive a full refund. In this case, you can cancel directly from your account. For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, no refund is provided.

If you wish, you can cancel your booking in accordance with our modification and cancellation policy, which may vary depending on whether the reservation was made using a gift card. However, we kindly encourage you not to: the heart of the Friland experience is full immersion in nature; rain, wind, and thunder included. The gift card is valid for one year from the moment of purchase and the stay must take place within this period.

At Friland, we welcome pets! However, not all destinations are Pet Friendly. We strongly recommend checking on our website which destinations are open to our four-legged friends.

If you are traveling with your four-legged friends, remember to bring all their favorite things with you, such as the sleeping cushion and the bowl. We want them to feel comfortable and welcomed in the tranquility of nature.

Please follow these simple rules to ensure a pleasant stay with your four-legged friend: 1. Make sure to keep your dog on a leash, especially if there are cows, sheep, or other wild animals near the accommodation. 2. Avoid letting the animal on the bed. To ensure proper sanitization and respect for other people's allergies, please avoid letting the animal sleep on the bed. 3. Pay attention to doors and walls, especially if your animal tends to scratch or jump. 4. Ensure that your animal does its needs outside the accommodation and clean up any accidents. 5. Please collect your animal's droppings and do not leave them around, both inside and outside the accommodation. 6. We recommend not leaving the animal alone inside the accommodation.
